Subclassing Quest Bugged?

On PSNA I finally managed to close it by going to a different alliance's quest giver. Try talking to all 3 of them while you have a subclassed skill line equipped. I had been trying all year to close the quest, then a few weeks back I randomly passed by one of them so and it worked. I'd tried all 3 of them in the past, but for some reason it finally happened. I was able to close the quest on all of my toons that were stuck on it.

If you have to select a skill line that you haven’t hit 50 yet for the 2nd part of the quest, at least edit the quest so we the players can tell which skill lines are under 50 when we go to select one; that way we’re not stabbing in the dark and loosing gold & time and getting frustrated.

I am fairly sure they won't be fixing it. A couple of my characters have one less active quest they can be on, now, but I do so little questing anymore on those characters that it doesn't matter. No more of my characters will be participating in this system, so for me, it is rather moot.

From my personnal experience, I advise all of you who are still having issues in completing the quest to submit a ticket to support. I've done that and they provided me a solution to finish the quest.
