So basically forcing players that are getting shoved to spawn to engage in melee range out of the gate while the attackers can use ranged/heal at a distance?
I don't think that would be healthy and just make it even worse.
I agree with multiple spawn points.

personally i enjoy the 8v8, though i would agree that if there is a large skill difference between the teams, one team is going to end up getting pushed back
so i agree there should be some better method for "home team advantage" stuff to prevent the enemies from spawn camping
the sanctuary effect would help, though under the current ruleset when it kicks you out of spawn after 2 min you wouldnt be able to prebuff before getting kicked out of spawn
