[Kyne’s Aegis] [door in front of last boss] [wipe mechanism]
It’s not a wipe mechanic, that pull is just very difficult. I’d suggest looking at videos and listening to the lead callouts in them. A TLDR is having multiple people (I think 3?) in charge of taunting to get the ranged adds to stack, killing everything as soon as possible by the cart, then going to the door and killing the stormcaller.

In a lot of pugs and farm runs teams just decide to not bother, run to the stormcaller, kill it, wipe and just go through door. If a group damage is on the lower side or there is no voice chat it is considered to be faster than killing the pack.
But if you want to kill it you need to wait for the shaman to get close to the rest of main adds in the middle and have one or two healers taunting and stacking the infusers from the sides. If your MT can handle all middle you can put OT on one of the infusers and healer on the second. Or one healer on both, but this will be much slower.
the usual strategy that the groups ive been in to deal with it is tanks will gather all of the big adds, 2 dps will go taunt and kite in and then babysit the infusers
rest of group ulti dumps on everything else thats stacked up to try to kill big adds as quick as possible (namely bulwark, etc)
i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
if 2 tank, one tank take left infus and Bulwark, bash infus and hold Bulwark
other tank take other all mobs go mid(need a member bash right Infuser ) or right Infuser
the healer or dps can taunt and pull 2 Infuser to group(they are range)
if solo tank, just call one dd/healer go bash, and pull other mobs with tank(need hold long time if Bulwark open his circle)
the question alone is a great example of what has become of eso, the answer is learn to not wipe any way you can before skipping ahead, join a guild that says you dont need to chat with them but please use discord to listen and join a few to compare ways, infact not getting past that stage in a random group at least at some point in time is impossible even with no communications except type, so yeah patience and dead game are the elephant in the room words in this eso official forum post
These efficient pulls really only work when you have the group damage for it. And when you do, the team generally also knows the mechanics.
I think if you wipe here, either your tank made a mistake, which can happen, but most likely your DD's simply don't know when to block. If it takes too long, more pressure on sustain and more chance for mistakes.
I guess the proper way would be as others have commented above. For DD and Healer is extra important to know when to block. (The wave is telegraphed by Tidebreaker sticking sword into the ground). Tank needs to be on point with staying alive, especially with the Blood knight. The thunder attacks are from the mage (storm caller, in the back). These can be side stepped to avoid. But you know now everyone beams, and avoiding damage means interrupting beam Also never stand in front of mobs, because cleaves will one shot you.
But after many wipes in pugs, I am doing this pull a bit differently now. Maybe an odd one, I like to tell the MT to focus on one key target at a time, effectively splitting the big fight into 4 small pulls, while I go on a kite adventure with the rest of the gang: Stack 1: Tider breaker + infusers Stack 2: Blood knight+ any remaining infusers. Stack 3: Everything else except Bulwark. Stack 4: Bulkwar, and finally mage.
The MT just taunts from me when ready to take next stack.
Overkill? Perhaps, but it helps DD focus, and recover incase of death. It helps MT offload big damage. And you get to challenge yourself with the rest of the pull.
