Hey guys! Can you tell me what is up with these achievements? I have looted countless tribute reward boxes in any quality and I still havent dropped a SINGLE of those fragments! Is this bugged? If not, this must be the worst drop rate i have encountered in 10 years ESO history. I cannot be THAT unlucky??? Can someone…
