Bethesda really does not seem to be kidding when they say they plan their games with 10 year cycles in mind...
Yes, in the article, and they confirmed this was the order on the streamLootAllTheStuff wrote: »Have they said what would be next after DK? Based on the current sub-classing meta, I'm thinking either NB or Arcanist. But that might also ruffle more than a few feathers, so maybe they'd want to bring up some of the more ignored classes first. Maybe Sorc or Necro?
They should honestly just roll back subclassing. Such a waste of time and ressources.

Crazy see-saw combat changes every couple of patches can be exhausting and disruptive and have previously turned a lot of people off of the game and they would do well to remember that. And of course there is a history of not really following through on long-term projects and features.
I assume they have some sort of stopgap measure, ZOS explicitly stated that ''subclassing is objectively stronger than “pure” classing by a large margin'', so I guess they might add some kind of ''general pureclass buff'' to act as a band aid until the reworks are fully complete.
Something basic like a % damage done/damage taken/healing done modifier could be introduced via some sort of pureclass version of a Battle Spirit buff.
There's a subset of subclassers that are vocally opposed to any and all proposals of this sort. They want to be vastly stronger than pure classes. It's going to be a major headache for ZOS with this rework/refresh/whatever.

No, there is a difference between wanting to be stronger, and not wanting the roles reversed.
The last thing this game needs, is a universal buff applied to people who do not subclass, just for them to catch up to 1% builds, leaving the other 99% of them in the dust.
Reworking the class skill lines is the solution here, and from the German preview we got, ZOS are on point with these upcoming changes.
