Beyond confused

So the eastern part is solstice is now unlocked and I did. The invasion of the fortress or whatever you call it and completed that quest along with everybody else. Got the adornment from scordo but now I'm trying to see if there's anything I've missed during the event. And I was told that I should have been able to do the crossing the wall quest but I've never seen this quest pop up ever. And so I'm following the guides to talk to Prince as all and scordo and they never say anything and the achievement for crossing the wall is grayed out. What am I missing? What do I do? How do I do it? I am so beyond confused. I've been reading guides and I am so frustrated

same boat --- got the achievement last night. Skordo said to speak to azah, and no quest log update nor any new quest. Azah is nowhere to be found, skordo is gone, no quest in my log --- even the achievement is gone.

Mine got stuck at doing the left side and never letting me do anything. I got told to get to the spire but the infernium refused to move. None of us in that instance could progress. Hoping it's all fixed later today, I'd love to complete the event.

Just an update for today's squirtle is still nowhere to be found and Eastern solstice is already accessible so I have no idea how to get the crossing the wall achievement at this point or how to even initiate the quest. The guides are not followable because he's not showing up where he needs to be and when I did that whole invasion of the fortress thing, squirta was not at the entrance of the portal portal either. I saved a replay of it. He was never there

Crossing the wall is part of the main quest for Solstice. Have you started the main quest yet?

Just giving an update on this. There seems to have been some sort of glitch that was intermittent and the proper NPCs don't appear to everyone but did after a certain amount of time. So I don't know what the situation was on PlayStation. My apologies, it's been over for some time but for healthy community feedback. I've come back in to read this and thank you for those who pitched in the issue was fixed. But my feedback to the zos team is to be aware that for this previous event there was some sort of glitch going on and I think you're already aware of that.
