just another class idea: Gravity Sorcerer

idk about anyone else but when i get to use ANY form of gravity magic, i LOVE it cause the thought of a wizard who *** with the fundemetnal forces of the universe to do stuff AND the fact that gravity magic if it existed EASILY would one of the most versitile magic types being able to deflect projectiles and even melee attacks, enhance the users stregnth and speed far beyond what they actually posses, allow flight and a form of telekinesis, and all the ways you can use gravity to absolutely destroy people whether by crushing them under their own weight, throwing heavy *** around with your mind, making gravity pull VERY strongly in all directions away from them starting at the core of their body, flinging them into the sky before just stopping doing anything OR even turning it back around accelerating them FAR past normal terminal velocity even possibly being able to force them down so fast they could hit terminal velocity if you flew up with them and than followed them down to ensure they were still in range of you, and SO many more horrible and brutal things you could do to a person with it really making it SCARY powerful............

honestly i think it could be fun since sorcerer felt more like a dark magic user than a wizard and arcanist felt like a eldritch sorcerer more than a wizard and tbf, sorcerer and arcanist are both SPECIFICIALLY not called named wizards so it tracks and honestly thats fine enough with me but i do still want a magic user that feels less, dark magic edgy and more just a unique type of magic than you usually see with its dps line could have stam morphs that strengthen you specifically while having magic morphs that do aoe spells and stuff, a tank line that similarly could have stam morphs to strengthen your own defenses OR let you put down aoe defensive buffs on the ground that as long as you and your allies stand in it, you get protection, and maybe even a third line that would focus on maybe even some time manipulation because time and gravity are intrinsicly linked as the more mass, the slower time moves in the vicinity relative to everything outside of that masses gravity well meaning its healing line could be about using that to maybe even forcfully rewind time, reverting the injures to before they were hurt, psijic order monk style.

So if we go by already established TES lore, you basically want a mage that specilizes on the school of Alteration?

Please use punctuation. Anyways, have you tried the set dark convergence? Generally speaking, I don’t think moving people around wildly would be good. Seems to break things in PvP and in group PvE it’ll make your tank mad for un stacking their stack.

Too limited for a class imo. Better as a separate skill line.

Unfortunately, to implement such a class as you've described it would not be a popular idea. It steps on/copies too many of the other classes niches and unpopular mechanics that already exist:

Deflect projectiles/melee attacks = DK wings, Warden Shield and Spell wall ultimate.
enhance users speed and strength = Sorcerer lightning form, Sorcerer Streak, Sorcerer crystal weapon, Sorcerer overload ultimate
allow flight = DK leap ultimate (this is a bit of a stretch but 1 morph is literally called "Take Flight")
AoE pulls/knock into the air = sets like Rush of Agony and Dark Convergence (a huge buggy mess that will be exploited/abused like crazy in PvP)
time theme = Psijic Order skill line
rewind time = literally the psijic order ultimate

Considering ESO has sub-classing (well mixed classing), you can easily take Sorcerer's Storm Calling, DK's Draconic Power, Warden's Winter's Embrace as your class lines and use the Psijic skill line and a set like Dark Convergence to create the class you described. See spoiler for more:
    gncsfv6fzbx9.png

Protective scale/Crystalized Shield will fill the role of deflecting projectiles*
Lightning form + Streak/ball of lightning + race against time will fill the role of speed
Take flight will (temporarily) fill the role of flying
Undo will fill the role of time reversal
Time stop will fill it's name-sakes role (and proc the dark convergence set)
imbue weapon fills the enhanced strength role
Meditate can be you sustain option
Dark convergence fills the role of pulling enemies around

    * Since you have 2 lines (and the option for a weapon line to do the same as well) already doing the "deflect projectiles", you could drop winter's embrace for any other line that might fill out needed aspects for the build.

It's actually a fairly functional (not great, but it works) build with 90% of the basics any other build would have:
    Spammable (crushing weapon)
    Brutality/Sorcery buff (crit surge)
    Major Resolve (hurricane)
    Damage over time (hurricane)
    Delayed burst (deep breath)
Mitigation options (wings, temporal guard, hurricane)
    Sustain (meditate)
    CC (time stop, dark convergence)
healing over time (crit surge, meditate)
    Major Breach (crushing weapon)
    Burst ultimate (Take Flight)

Since technically Winter's embrace is an optional line to take, it can be replaced for a line that has a burst heal or use polar wind instead of shield.

Also, since only 1 set is required for the theme, there's flexibility in the other set/monster set/mythic you want to run as well.

It might not fit perfectly in terms of visuals, but it does fill the majority of the effects you described as wanting from such a class.

Also a bonus feature of this sub-classed build is if warden is your base class (assuming you keep winters embrace line), then you can use a scribed skill with the class script for charm for another CC that also "slows and pulls enemies" as if they're slowly pulled in by heavy gravity

We do not need another class per se. Too many classes cause chaos in my opinion. Check WoW; I believe even some veteran players cannot count all of the classes in the game. Blizzard just making more, regardless. But; I think having new skill lines (new guilds etc.) would be fine. We might have more passive crafting skill lines such as "Fishing". Or dwemer oriented guild skill line such as, I dunno, "pneumancer". You become member of an exclusive group who is interested in everything about dwemer and learn some of their "magic"s. This skill line may represent this. Ofcourse; I just made it up right now; probably not gonna happen.

    DK leap?

Well, aside the joke, in a magical fantasy universe the most of the gravitational effects are traditionally implemented as elemental earth magic. It can be easily visualized this way.
The earth magic is available as one of the DK skill line though.
