Fix the sky in vengeance

If this campaign is here to stay please fix the sky. The landscape is Cyrodiil is very nice and thematic for each alliance but that pink and green raining sky is awful.

ZOS has said before that this sky is only for test versions (to differentiate between the test and regular versions), and it will be a typical Cyro sky once Vengeance becomes a permanent campaign.

in before "Our testing show that smog sky = less lag, so we decided to keep this in but offer two alternatives"

I like the skybox itself, but find the reddish tinted lighting an ugly eye strain.

I like it too, this sky is cool. But I don’t like the black rain.
