Unable to list open houses on Essential Housing Tools Community

Open houses on the Essential Housing Community are not listing. There is a thread on the Game Systems forum and on the ESOUI website about this. Please look into this issue. Thank you.

I don't know what happened, but when I logged in today one of my houses I had been trying to list was showing as an open house now.

If someone fixed it, thank you!

I can no longer publish houses in EHT, and many players seem to be having this problem. Reinstalling EHT doesn't help. Does anyone have a solution?

I appear to also be having this problem?

It looks like it works when I set it... but then as soon as the UI finishes reloading it's unlisted again. Very confused; but I'm also new to the addon so maybe I'm doing something wrong? I have the community app and am running it as Admin, if that helps?

The problem is back. I tried to list a house today but after several attempts it's still not listed.

I hope this is fixed soon.

There are a lot of posts about this on the ESOUI site and a possible way to get around it. I will give it a try later if I can figure out how to do it.

Anyone know if this issue has been fixed? I saw that there was an update for EHT the other day on 26th November but I still can't seem to post my houses. However, i've noticed quite a few new houses have been posted in the last few days. Any information is appreciated! Thanks!

The changelog of the last update says this:

Version 1775
2025-11-26

Fixed an issue that caused Guest Journals and other book-related FX to appear incorrectly.
Added support for the Furnishing Vault when searching for furnishings via the Housing Hub's "Furniture" tab. (Requires the latest version of the DecoTrack add-on)
API version update.

Yeah, same! I tried listing 3 of mine. If I post them one after another without saving them they seem to be listed. But as soon as a save or relog/reloadui they are unlisted again. Thanks for your reply! Hopefully they will fix it soon for us!
