BG matchmaking is bugged

Went 8 games yesterday morning without a win. Today its 5. I can tell who is going to win the game even before it starts. Therefore the BG matchmaking system is either bugged (or just poorly implemented).

Can we get this fixed please? Its becoming frustrating. Thanks

There are not enough people queueing for the matchmaking system to work properly. I often find, having queued solo that the opposite team is clearly a pre-made.

Use the solo queue then you don't have to play against groups.

Sorry I meant if you use the queue for only solos (Solo Competitive, Solo 8v8) you do not go against groups.

If you "solo" into the group queue (Group Competitive, Group 8v8) it will forms teams of solo queuers and groups.
