..the place i've highlighted on this map. Been running around it from different places, but theres always either mountains or big chasms blocking my way.
I also seem to be missing the quest deed for "cliffs of failure" (the crossed-swords marker at the lower left corner of the highlight box).. cannot find quests around that marker.

✭There is a portal towards the end of the road beneath the area you "high"lighted.1 -
Tadhg_Longhouse✭✭✭To clarify the post above me. There is a portal where the crossed swords mark is on the map that will send you to this area.
