With no new zone for a year maybe they will prioritize bug fixes that are ongoing for year(s).
Set revitalizing would be great too. Reviewing proc conditions and such alone could make some useful.0 -

This set was nerfed because it was radically over performing and people were constantly complaining about it. It's still very strong and is not in need of any adjustments at this time.2 -

Equip Plaguebreak and join a BG with CMX running. You'll see that Plaguebreak, Plague Infected, and Disease will make up a massive portion of your damage done.1 -

Although it sometimes might feel like it, the opponents in a BG are, in fact, other players, not NPCs that this topic is about.5 -

I slept on the set for a long time, it is pretty decent for soloing. The blood puddles are a nice touch. I don't think it is quite as good as og plaguebreak though.1 -

There are a lot of NPC's in Cyrodiil. That's why the change was made to Plaguebreak, and why the OP's suggestion is a bad one.1 -
