Performance Evaluation
Name: Robert Zimmeron
Rank: Grand Warlord
Station: Northern Morrowind Gate, Cyrodiil
Duties: Coordinates all duty assignments in Cyrodiil through assigning missions to: Capture Scrolls, Kill specific classes of enemies, Capture specific enemy resources, Capture specific enemy strongholds, Scout locations, Perform specified conquest missions.
Strengths: Missions are clearly specified with locations and objectives listed in the orders. Bonueses are paid promptly once the mission is reported as complete.
Weaknesses: Missions can be senseless and may be without variety. Situational awareness is lacking.
Specifics:
1.
Weakness: When the faction owns the entire map, the only scout mission is to scout Castle Brindle. He is constantly interested in the the furthest keep away from headquarters, but ignores that in such a situation enemy activity will most likely start near enemy gates instead of an isolated keep. Scouting resources or keeps near Warden, Rayles, Glademist, Bloodmayne, Black Boot, or Faregyl is much more reasonable. Instead he becomes obsessed with Brindle and often ignores enemy activity elsewhere.
Corrective Action: Provide a larger variety of scouting missions which survey the entire map when the faction is in control.
2.
Weakness: Scroll capture quests he personally offers are non-sensical. The whole faction has worked together to pick up the scroll of Chim, but he is hyper focused on getting Ghartok, even through Chim is currently in our hands and on the way home. Another example is if the faction manages to get their hands on Alma Ruma, Zimmeron will only offer a mission to capture Mnem. Cyrodiil warriors are constantly frustrated as they view his scroll quest offer which does not reflect the activity on the map. His situational awareness in handing out quests is seriously lacking.
Corrective Action: Zimmeron should offer a selections of quests that reflect the situation. If Ghartok or Chim are not placed in their temples, then the scroll quest otions will include only those faction scrolls which are not in their temples. This will mean he could potentially offer two quests (Capture Ghartok, Capture Chim) at the same time allowing the soldier to choose which is appropriate. If all the faction's scrolls are in their scroll temples, then Zimmeron should offer a selection list of all enemy scrolls that are not under our control. This would mean that his quest offering would have up to four selections allowing the soldier to choose which one is appropriate to the current map situation.
If corrective action is not taken, Zimmeron shold be reassigned to oversee supply.
