Zos: Could you pls make our grandmaster crafting stations collectibles so we can place in all homes?

Hi to all zos devs,
On my main forums accout named wishlist that i cannot access anymore due to accidently deleting the email i used for it, i had suggested merging all attunable crafting into more maneagable units which you have and we all love these grandmaster crafting stations they are beautiful. Now im asking if you would please consider allowing us to have our grandmaster crafting stations in our collectibles so we can add them to any houses we want and as many houses as we want to add them to. This would be a great quality of life improvement.
For example i have my grandmaster crafting stations in my main large house but i would also love to add them to my snugpod so when i want to do master writs i can hand them in cos its close by to where we hand in for our writ vouchers.

I have done 2 sets of Grand Master Crafting stations, one for the guild hall and the other is in the Gardner House in Stormhaven. All stations are full, including the new East Solstice sets.

i also kind of wish the grandmasters were a collectible furnishing, though in some ways i dislike how few collectible furnishing slots there are in houses at the same time

On one hand, great idea!
On the other, it would be weird to have a fully functioning master crafting station set in a one room apartment.

You dont have to have them in a one room apartment . You choose where you want to put them. Ive seen many guilds use them in snugpod houses for convenience.

technically speaking there is nothing stopping you from doing that now, since its just a normal furnishing and theres less restrictions on those lol

I will 100% stand behind this wish !

It takes an insane amount of investment to have all the 4 grandmaster crafting stations filled with all the crafting sets.

I would also wish that one could buy multiple grandmaster crafting stations and then copy those that are already filled with crafting sets so that one could place more than one set of stations in his/her home. Guild houses would appreciate this since those homes can be quite big. Having assistants and crafting stations in few different spots would be nice.

This would effectively be asking for 332 attunable tables to be turned into collectibles as well.

why would the attuned stations also have to be collectibles? they are entirely different objects in the game and could remain regular furnishings

i would like though if attuned ones would not change into being bound after you attuned them so if you made a mistake you could sell it instead of basically deleting it or storing it

They wouldn't have to be. That's why I qualified it with "effectively". By virtue of feeding an attuned table into the GM table, that table would then for all intents and purposes become a collectible due the parent/child relationship between the two. A player could simply load one set into a GM table, and voila.. every house would have that attunable.

I get what is being asked for in this thread. I don't have an opinion one way or another on the subject really. I will say though that passing it off as a QoL change is a bit of a stretch, which I had intended to be the point of my previous comment. But I was on mobile in a waiting room waiting on an appointment, and I failed to articulate that point as my mind wasn't entirely focused.

Do players put crafting stations in all of their houses? I have 3 stations in Snugpod for the 3 types of master writs I craft, and a random station in a handful of houses as decor, but any set crafting I need to do I use the guild house.

I do keep some normal tables in the furniture vault that I can temporarily place when actively decorating a house, but that's it.

i've thought about this and i'm not sure how i feel about it. i have 1 of each station, with maybe 22 sets collected so far, and i intend to collect all. but i'm satisfied with having them in one house and one house only. i feel that making them collectible might be overkill. but, if zos did it, i would take advantage of it

They'd have to up the number of collectibles that can be placed in houses. I'm at the limit in my main house and if the stations had been collectibles I'd have been a bit stuck over what to do. Most of my other houses are maxed on collectibles as well so I wouldn't be able to place the stations anywhere I (or my guild) would want to use them.

I for one dont want this. I understand the reasoning behind it, and agree with it.

However, i would prefer that they count as regular furniture due to the capacity requirements. We are only allowed to place a certian amount of collectibles furniture in our homes and I would prefer to not have these stations take up those limited spots.

I would like this suggestion, I have the GMC stations in my Snugpod so it is convenient for master writ turn in, but would really like to have them in a larger and more lavishly decorated home as well.

I’m not sure why the attunable tables would have to be collectibles. Once they are loaded into one GMC table they never have to be purchased again. Is there no way this could happen?
