I definitely don't have it then, I would remember a house dropping in a coffer.

It's easy to find out. Just go to Collections, then Houses and see if it's listed under owned houses.

I didn't end up getting it, which is fine. I had no real use for it for my RP or characters.

It is not yet compelte. At some point I want to splurge crowns on the aquatic pack and that will finish it off, but I have some effects that look like fish and some non-combat pets in there as well.

Nothing...yet! But, I plan on decorating it in the future

I really thought about decorating it properly… you know, classy furniture, tasteful lighting, maybe some Telvanni mushrooms gently glowing in a mystical breeze.
But then my brain suddenly decided to make a full-on lore-breaking masterpiece.
And so I started planning something truly… surreal.
I mean, it is Surreal Estate after all, right?

I wanted to go beyond normal logic, not just flying tower, not just secret cult lair, not merely Daedric cheese storage vault, but something that would twist the very fabric of Tamrielian Home Decoration Philosophy.
Like the kind of house where someone walks in and wonders if they accidentally fell asleep in Vivec City and woke up inside Hermaeus Mora's notebook.
So…

I decided to begin documenting all my thoughts, my inspirations, my blueprints, my questionable choices, my “this will either be genius or embarrassing” moments…
and after MANY cups of coffee, MANY visits to the Housing Editor, and a suspicious amount of Dwemer-related research…
I finally reached Step 1 of my grand housing plan:

What if… this house wasn’t even in Tamriel anymore?
From there I kept going. The more I imagined it, the stranger it got.

Like, what if you walk through the front door… and instantly fall upward instead of down?
Then I expanded on the concept even further, because if you’re going to build something, why stop at “confusing” when you can reach “questionably dangerous”?

Imagine a Telvanni wizard tower…
floating inside another Telvanni wizard tower…
which itself is floating inside a pocket dimension…
which is housed inside a random crate labeled “Definitely Not Cursed, Property of the Psijic Order.”
And THEN:

— because I value immersion — I went even deeper, spiritually, emotionally, and architecturally.

What if the real house…
the house you think you want to see…
is not actually the real house…?

By this point, my friends asked me if I was okay.
I said yes. They did not believe me.

Anyway… here’s the part where everyone expects a picture, right?
Because this is normally where someone says:
“Check out my totally finished home, screenshots below!”

Well, brace yourselves, because after all that planning, creativity, and visionary innovation… I am finally ready to reveal the big moment:

Not showing it.
It’s too powerful.
Tamriel might not survive.

So yes, my Surreal Estate is currently 100% empty and I’m still in deep philosophical decorating mode.
But it will be legendary.
Probably.
Eventually.
Maybe.

I had been using it storage, but since the furnishing vault was released I no longer need it, so now it sits empty and I only use it as a port to the Hollow City.

I have another house I am working on right now…well that and several that are always added onto as time goes on.

I think I might try an Ayleid custom build for this one now that we have furnishing plans for that style.

Nothing, full stop. I don't plan on ever using it.

I didn't even notice I looted it until hours later when I was checking notifications. It's Coldharbour. I have a strong distaste for Coldharbour, so I'm going to do nothing with it. I'd have rather gotten the sellable treasure.
