Accidentally bought Item

Hi,
i just accidentally bought a merchant assistant (Factotum Commerce Delegate) for 5k crowns.
I thought its showing my inventory in the housing UI but it was the purchase tab. And muscle memory confirmed quicker than my brain managed to stop me.
Since it doesn't go into my inventory directly i cant use the get help option in game.
Is there a possibility to get my crowns refunded or am i just stuck with something i really really don't want?

Lucifer_Sam✭✭✭You'll need to submit a ticket and explain what happened. You'll probably get an automated reply soon after. Reply to that with the same text you sent in the first ticket and it should then reach a real person.6 -

This! Replying to the robot message seems to be the way to go. They helped me with a similar problem before.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭Yeah the first reply from support can be... I don't *know* if it's automated, but it seems that way. Or maybe chosen from a list of templates. Sometimes even the first couple replies. Keep replying and explaining the issue and you should get a more helpful response. You can also post your ticket number here if you're having trouble and Kevin or the forum mods can check on it and make sure it's being addressed by the right customer service people.1 -

I created a Ticket under a false category as there was no fitting option.
I got very quickly a response by a service Team member that the item got removed and the crowns where added to my account.
It was a very simple, quick Solution that i appreciate very much.
