[Bug][Missing Quest Giver]: Choices and Consequences - Cariel

Upon completing the quest stage to gather information in Choices and Consequences, heading to the quest marker to speak to Cariel ... no Cariel.
Update: Quest giver is not in the place marked by the arrow. Due to the drop in terrain, being at the mark hides their actual position.
