How many times application will succeed‌ crown gifting

I have started this game last year, and have played around 3000+ hours, almost everyday. and I spend at least 100USD on new DLC/MEMBERSHIP/CROWN on ESO. Also I never sell gold for RMT.

I tried to apply since May, and have been rejected like more than 15 times, and the reason is always:"Your account must show consistent game play activity and/or be active in an in-game ESO community prior to submitting your application to be considered for eligibility to participate in the ESO gifting program."

One of my friend told me he applied 20+ more times before finally agreed. This application program seems totally irrational to me.

So guys, how many times did you applied? Or any idea how to improve success rate?

never had to apply, but i have an old very active account. there's a checklist zos has of things we need to accomplish that they won't let us know because the same "bad actors" that ruined gifting in the first place would know what they need to do in order to open it back up for themselves again. the only thing you can do is keep logging in and playing. we are fairly certain you need to be in a guild. one of the few pieces of info they have given us is that you have to have had an active account for a certain amount of time. i forget if it was 6 months or a year, but they do give a time for it. other than that, keep applying. even if you haven't done some of the things on their checklist, a human can look at the situation and override that decision. i would probably have refrained from making a post like this. that seems to be one of their red flags for "bad actors." if you do a search here for similar threads, you will see several where ppl made a post just like yours asking the community for help so that zos would override the decision.... and immediately did the kinds of things that they took gifting away from us for. i'm not saying you will do this, i'm just saying that that exact situation has happened numerous times now, so it's something they watch for.

Once but I did have to appeal, I had been active for years and the account was made back in 2016. I've had guildmates quit the game over this issue, crowns on his wife's account held hostage.

I had it unlocked on several accounts so I'd buy on my main account & give gifts to my other accounts, they removed my ability to do so on all the accounts so the conclusion for me is now no more crown buying going forward for me.

    It's their loss doing so.
