Cannot complete "Crossing the Wall" quest, Prince Azah is missing

Completed Phase 3 PC/NA, spoke to Skrodo, went tough his dialogue, he ends up saying "Talk to Prince Azah", it's down the stairs I have the marker on my compass, but no NPC!

I had already done a /reloadui didn't work, so I quit the game, just relaunched the game, marker now say "above" he shows up at the top of the stairs.0 -

Me too. After I completed the Writhing Wall Fortress, at the top of the stairs where the Meridian Beacon is, there was Skordo and other NPCS. Skordo mentioned talking to Prince Azah, but the prince did not give me any further objectives when I clicked on him. Then he disappeared and has not returned. I have tried logging out and back in, but he is still not at the top of the stairs. Wasn't the prince supposed to ask me to do something with Meridians Beacon?0
