It's been more than 5 days since I redeemed the horse and yet it is missing from my game. I even tried contacting customer support in the evening of the same day, and I only received an email stating that the dev team was notified. No support ticket was opened for some reason, only an email. Email had a line that if my issue is not resolved I could reply to the email itself directly, it's been three days since I replied, and I have not received any response. This issue still persists. I don't have the horse in the game. My account has the horse listed in billing.
