IA run didn't count on leader board

My new friend and i made it to arc 6 1 1 and i had to leave. So we hit the sand clock thing to end the run and our run wasn't even counted. How do you voluntarily end the IA run ? Can we still get this run counted ?

You need to hit the wheel thing on the other side of the center from the portal to save your score.

Yeah the wheel ends your run and submits the result to the leader board. The hourglass resets the instance.

I dont suppose our score can be retrieved ?

I haven't done an IA run since the leaderboard changes but sometimes scores randomly do not appear even if you die normally and lose your threads.

I have had a bunch of high scores simply get eaten by the void, especially on Necro.
