Werewolf bite from shop broken

Hello,
Werewolf bite/skill line from shop is broken. The werewolf flag sticks to the build you bought it. and not the character data. When swapping build it CURES Lycantropy. See screenshot below.
I could not find any player to bite my character on a different build to verify if Lycatropy is broken entirely or of the other bites set the character flag properly.
There is a ticket [251028-001267] and they really tryed to help, but i think they dont have the powers to access and fix the characters database.
My other werewolf got bitten by NPC werewolfes years ago is fully functional and able to switch builds.
Please fix asap.

✭✭If you are swapping builds in the armory then yes it cures and re-adds vampirism or lycanthropy. It flags it when you change builds. It was designed that way so you can have the same character with and without the infectionSoupy twist3 -

My old character works, but new ones not. I cant have a werewold dps build and use the ultimate on the tank for the sustain.

✭because curse cant same time have vamp and werewolf,so you can save build for vamp/werewolf/no curse one of them,
my main toon have a build save werewolf,build 2 is vamp,if i swap build , i will lost one of them and got other one
this is working as intended.
so if you want all build have werewolf, spend gold swap build and save them is a better choose

It's working as intended.
You don't need to buy it 7 more times. Load a build with werewolf active and save it in the other slots.Consistency: It's only a virtue if you're not a screwup (source: despair.com)2 -

✭✭✭✭✭Also be aware that people in zone often give away these bites for free. (Try the zones where the shrines are for better results.) These bites work exactly the same way as ones bought from the store. It’s your choice where you’d like to get the bite from, but buying is not required.1 -

It literally says when you load a build that doesn’t have a curse that it will cure you (it’s in your original post, even!). It’s not a bug. Sometimes people need a build without a curse, especially when it comes to vampirism.
