How to get quest "Restorer of Theories" in Infinite Archive??

My wife has the quest on repeat whenever she completes it, she is given it again - which I think is how it works...

However, I've completed the first 2 "page/book bind" quests, but I think I didn't pick up the Restorer of Theories quest when I handed the second one in, and therefore never got this... and now the portal just simply never appears for me to get the quest... I've done about 40-50 IA runs and use every side portal, but it just never appears anymore. Is there any possible way to get this quest now??

Each of the 5 side portal quests have a progression of difficulty. 5 levels each IIRC. When the side portals pop, the quest/mission seems to be weighted towards those you've progressed the least. When the "Filers Wing" was the only one I had left to complete level 5, it was almost always the one to pop for me until I finally completed it. Until then it was extremely rare to see any of the others.

I'm not necessarily saying saying that that's what happening to you. But it's something to consider.

It can appear each day after you completed the first two quests for Destozuno, though getting the portal to her is not guaranteed. You can also let other players share this quest with you.

Yeah, I've completed all of them except the 3rd collecting one... so I'm kinda surprised it's not the one that pops - but it isn't tied to an achievement either though.

If you want to game the system.

1) Run as a pair
2) Keep running until the Library portal pops (Its random, can take a while)
3) Both take the quest (It's daily so you can only do the quest once a day)
4) Player 1 gathers 10/10. Player 2 gathers 9/10.
5) Once 10/10 are gathered the next portal to appear will be to the Library
6) Player 1 hands in their quest for the day
7) Next day
8) Player 2 gathers their 10th sheet
9) Once 10/10 are gathered the next portal to appear will be to the Library
10) Player 2 hands in their quest for the day
11) Player 1 Gets to take the quest
12) Next day
8) Player 1 gathers their 10th sheet
9) Once 10/10 are gathered the next portal to appear will be to the Library
10) Player 1 hands in their quest for the day
11) Player 2 Gets to take the quest

Rinse. Repeat.

Oh ok. I think it's shareable, I always share it when I have it and start a run with someone, and I don't remember seeing the "can't share quest" message in the corner. But I also share the fabled/marauder daily, so I might not have noticed.

Restorer of Theories is Destozuno's daily quest. And it can be shared with anyone who's eligible to complete it. Basically anyone who has completed Destozuno's initial quest received the first time meeting her, and haven't yet completed her daily for that day.

Her initial quest that unlocks the ability to receive her dailies is not shareable though (the name of that quest escapes me at the moment).

Yeah, I've definitely done the collect 5 pages and collect 7 bookbinder pieces because I have the achievements all completed... I'm not sure why it can't be shared with me, nor am I sure that after about 200 portals (must be in the last 40-50 runs) that I've never gotten to go back there again... I guess I have to find someone who has never been in there and it's almost a guarantee that the first portal is that room... and see what happens!
