PC/Mac Patch Notes v11.2.6 | Update 48 Incremental 1

The Elder Scrolls Online v11.2.6 fixes issues identified post-Update 48 launch. The first incremental patch for Update 48 address issues in Feast of Shadows, Solstice and Base Game content. We have resolved several launch day bugs, such as, the Crystal Weapon morph working as intended, Solstice Antiquities properly dropping their bonus loot, and Tales of Tribute leaderboards being active, just to name a few.

We also have several fixes to address jittering issues from the Combat Animation Memory Reduction. We still are working on addressing more issues from this, but incremental 1 should help make some animations seem jittery. If you see more issues related to this, please make sure to report them and note reproduction steps.

There are quite a few Solstice quests that have gotten fixes and improvements to the overall gameplay experience as well. This fixes along with many more are outlined in the U48 patch notes below. We will continue to monitor issues and update in later incremental patches.

    • Fixed an issue with many weapon passives that disabled themselves after bar swapping to a different weapon type. This chiefly affected One Hand and Shield passives, as well as Ancient Knowledge paired with an Ice Staff.

    Writhing Wall
    • Dueling in Solstice has been temporarily disabled while fixing some issues with the Writhing Wall Event.
    • Fixed an issue with Siege Camp spawning in incorrect states in Phase 1.
    • Field Marshals that spawn in invaded Delves now spawn every 4 minutes (which matches their loot cooldown) rather than every 30 seconds.
    • Fixed several issues that made it possible to get beyond the intact wall.
    • Fixed a bug with some missing localized text for the Siege Camp repeatable quest.

    • Fixed several issues with Riuzzan the Ravenous and his respawn timer.

    • Daily Quests
      • Daily quests associated with Eastern Solstice will no longer be given until the Writhing Wall event has been progressed or completed.
    • Choice and Consequences
      • One of the main characters will no longer switch their outfits/equipment randomly throughout the quest. No wardrobe changes is need for this adventure!
    • The Final Dark
      • You will no longer get blocked during a wave event during one of the final sequences.
    • The Golden Knight
      • Certain responses during the ending will work as intended and not repeat.
    • The Hermit in the Hills
      • Groupmates can no longer block each other’s progress during the cooking segment.
    • Lost Among the Ashes
      • Sirilonwe will now stick with you as you travel through the Broken Halls area.
      • A lore book is now accessible if you didn’t read it before advancing the quest.
    • Roots in Stone
      • Monsters fighting at the edges of the final fight that are not targetable should no longer aggro you.
    • The Worm Turns
      • Jeetra will no longer walk out of the conversation camera before giving you all the information she needs to give.

    • Event Tickets names now appear properly in Japanese, French, and German.
    • The German text for the Writhing Wall in the UI has been corrected.

    Combat Animation Memory Reduction
    • Fixed jittering and strobing animations for two-handed weapons.
    • You no longer should be pulled out of first person POV when using the Traveling Knife ability.
    • The spin animation now correctly plays while moving and casting the Traveling Knife ability.
    • The visual effects and sound effects are no longer delayed when casting Blade Cloak.
    • Fixed an issue where your arms would jitter when raising a staff or two-handed weapon in third person POV while using the Accelerate ability.
    • Fixed an issue with the right arm animation during Time Stop and Borrowed Time.
    • You no longer enter a fighting stance when transitioning from moving to idle.
    • Female Wood Elves and female Imperials no longer us the male versions of dances.
    • Smoothed out the animation transition for bows from light attack to resting idle.
    • Smoothed out the dual wield animations at the end of a weapon swing.
    • Maelstrom Baron polymorph is now using the correct animations.
    • Fixed an issue where the incorrect animation was playing when you were strafing while crouched with an Ice Staff equipped and unsheathed.
    • The various issues with Flame-Herald Bahsei’s animations have been addressed. Hopefully no more twerking for Bahshi anytime soon.
