The heart of the telvanni, door not opening by the end of the quest

When you are in the last leg of the mission, rescuing the slaves from the last mine, you have to fight the slavers and then escape the mine, I have restarted the mission 3 times already, and it is the same, everyone leaves, but the door is not opening "Cannot open this door from this side.
I checked reddit and some people says that you need to arrive to the door before Eoki, but I have tried and it is not working.
