The absence of dubbing, note...

It is really unfortunate for such a game, with such a population including many countries and therefore many languages are deprived of dubbing since 'Feast of Shadows', since the purchase by Microsoft, it is however one of the greatest strengths of TESO that makes the game really interesting to follow, because few games offer dubbing and it’s really constraining for countries without dubbing and especially, especially, when it’s games where the story has a significant part and is very accentuated and being blamed for the dubbing would be a big heartbreak, but also, I find great betrayal towards long-time fans of the TES and TESO license, hoping that it will come back very quickly and that the content currently amputated from this can obtain dubbing as has always been the case since the release of TESO!

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "dubbing." Are you talking about players inserting their own audio into the game?

I assume he think of the official languages English, German, French, Russian, Spanish, Simplified Chinese and Japanese
Who is very well for an game with so many fully voiced quests.
But I'm from Norway there only kid stuff is dubbed. Else you have subtitles on national TV, who is also of dubious standard.
Having Millennium Falcon being translated literally as the 1000 year falcon was painful.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Specifically for the French voiceover. Other supported languages have them.

This is appaling, however. Francophone players also paid for the season as well, and the fact that they don't get the voiceover (and ZOS is continually dodging questions about it) is absolutely horrible.

My country has one of the best content localization (dubbing and translating) in the world. From movies, TV shows, games and, until relatively recently, even animes. We have that since... the 80s', I believe, with many, many things are dubbed in a fast and progressive growth. It's actually quite hard to not find something dubbed in our language nowadays — even Bollywood movies are beginning to get dubbed, which is awesome —and yet, ESO doesn't even offer it as one of the "official languages" even for mere subtitles, and that's quite sad.
