There are no two bosses - it is impossible to close the achievement.

Two bosses, Watcher Zvarbin and Scamp Champion Doov, do not appear in camps. No matter how many times I ask in guilds and zone chat, many people do not have these bosses in their achievements and do not know where to look for them, since they do not appear in camps. There were speculations that they would be in the second phase of the event, but they are not there. It follows that it is impossible to complete the achievement.

✭✭✭✭✭technically the achievement is completed if you kill at least 15 of them, and theres far more than 15
but i would agree that it is bugged that those enemies are not spawning as i have never seen either of them either, and ive done around 50 total siege campsplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)
