U48 jittery animations after casting skills

It's kinda hard to explain, look closely after I cast the NB skill Malevolent Offering: https://youtu.be/onKkrVVa9lc
This also happens when casting the Revealing Flare skill. I'll update if I find any more.

Lobotron✭✭Blade Cloak and morphs /DW Skill line/ have similar problems ... there is half second lag/stun/freeze /cant explain it better/ after casting it

JamestlwSoul ShrivenSolar Flare and its morphs (noticed it first on Solar Barrage) also has the jittery/missing frame/stop motion animation feel after u48. It seems to share the same arm raise raise animation as Revealing Flare.0 -
