The game would consistently freeze for 0,5 seconds while going under this bridge (towards the wayshrine) for example:
The world map would stutter when moving it around when using the wayshrine.
It all started after I had hit "Optimize" in the Nvidia App, so it's definitely Nvidia GPU related.
Playing PCEU, Fullscreen, 1920x1080. Instead of my FPS dipping to 80 it now dips to 50 but the stutter is gone

Does that help?
It just recreates back and changes nothing.ivaylo.krumoveb17_ESO wrote: »PSA: I've resolved the stutter by deleting ShaderCache.cooked file in Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live folder and restarting the game. Apparently this has to be done every time when stutter appears because i did that a month ago and the problem returned after patch maintenance. Hope that helps others with the same issue.
