I tested this gear with letting my companion slot synergy type skill in the FG1.
But after I took synergy, nothing happed. No shock wave, no effect at all.

I didn't check log. But damage amount number coming from enemy is not so different from previous.
Also, there're no status effect marking at the character menu. And, according to description of set equipment,
something "shockwave" spawn when we get synergy. But there're no effect like that.
I tested this by my trial target dummy, but after I took templar spear, nothing has changed.

Trial target dummies already have the debuff from. Try checking on a plain naff dummy.
Just trying to narrow the scope down a little for ZOS to then check.PC EU

This set has obvious blue glowing effect, so player easy to notice proc timing .
I think that Roar of Alkosh visual effect need to change. Currently it's too much vague, so
player can't notice proc timing in much of swarm of effect like 12 men trial.
