Still No French Voiceover

It's been two months since U47 and the only time we had a word about that problem.
"French voiceover support is not available for Updates 47 and 48. We know this is disappointing and appreciate your understanding. We look forward to bringing back French voice over as soon as possible."
We tried to get information on why we don't have it in the same time as usual and when it will be back and we just got 100% ignored.
Now the U48 is live and there is still nothing, and not a single word in the patch either. Naj-Caldeesh and Black Gem Froundry are still not voiced as the wall event and I guess the eastern part of Solstice neither...
Half of the Content Pass I preordered is not translated. Is it something I have to put on the list of thing I wish to Santa? Or should I wish to get a refund? (I guess for both I can dream)
Is it that hard to ANSWER on the WHY we don't have it yet and WHEN will we get it back for REAL if we even get it at some point? Is it too much to ask to respect a bit the french community?

Why did you quietly delete that message? It was just a guess, you know. But I’m probably not too far from the truth, am I?
For the record, I’m a French speaker too, and it’s just unacceptable that there hasn’t even been an honest, official statement about the real reasons behind the missing voice acting. And if at least the subtitles were reliable, that’d help, but even those are all over the place.

Yeah I got a notification twice from you and see the first one, maybe you are close to the truth indeed...
I would not be surprised that Microsoft just want to spend less money and start stopping translating the game anymore in other language, but even worse to just translate a part then use those voice and put them into AI to do the rest...An Imperial Cow Warden | PC-EU1 -
