Gifting denied

Ive been playing everyday since January. Im a little hyper fixated. Ive been in a guild since the first day. Ive contributed and participated in my guilds regularly. Recently a guild split up and the new guild is furnishing a guild hall. I wanted to donate a mundus stone but my gifting is locked. I also have wanted to gift my wife.

I put in a request for it to be unlocked. The responce said that I am not part of any community and that I dont play consistently.

I haven't missed a day in 6 months.

The only thing I can think of is they have my ps4 account mixed up with my pc account. Im currently on pc. I dont play ps4 anymore. No one responded to me explaining why they sat im not active.

Is there anything I can do?

    Sounds like you haven't made it through the 15 rounds of AI generated auto responses yet. You can keep trying by adding to your same ticket or starting a new one. (not sure if it's better to start a new one or not)

    But if ZOS doesn't want you using your crowns as you'd like, don't buy crowns either directly or via ESO+ plus until they do.

    Yeah, about 10 AI rounds in myself. I am currently sitting on 47k crowns. Dropped ESO+ and submitting a new AI denied request daily and keeping one going in hopes of actually getting a human to eventually look at my account.
