I hope this problem gets addressed in general, and other active players' requests to allow gifting don't get turned down, and they won't have to cry for Community Managers' help like I had to

We will assume your issue has been resolved if we do not hear from you within 96 hours (4 days).
This is not the first time she's ran into the issue of gifting not working and it is seemingly due to her account region being blocked (account was created in Lebanon around 2019) but she has since moved to a country that does not have any gifting restrictions but despite this the region has not been changed through customer support tickets and gifting related tickets get closed despite no issues being resolved.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and please let me know if there's any other information I should send through relating to the most recent of the aforementioned tickets.
