floating npcs at solstice siege camps

it's quite bad actually -- there are several at various camps, maybe all. it looks like they're standing on a part of a small wooden tower that hasn't been built yet

If it's on PC-EU, then I assume it's the side effect of the server being on Phase 2 while the maintenance was ongoing.
