Are Antiquities broken with U48?

I have now dug up 6-7 antiquities on Solstice.
Having uncovered all three bonus reward containers in each, in almost all of them I only received two rewards. I suspect the reward table is bugged, as I'd expect to see at least one furnishing plan from 6-7 antiquities and I got zero.
@ZOS_Kevin or @ZOS_GinaBruno or @ZOS_JessicaFolsom can someone look into that? I think your new furnishing blueprints are NOT dropping from antiquities as planned.

The 66 new plans that come from stuff like Urns etc aren’t dropping either, the only new furnishings plans that I can see dropping is the delve boss and fishing plans1
