Hey guys, i really liked how this UI looked but couldnt find the correct mod for this, can someone tell me how to make the game look like this?

    That was ESO during it's Alpha testing, way before official release. I highly doubt you would find an UI add-on to bring that look back to the game.

    Simple. All you need to do is to take your time machine -- any will do, TARDIS, Time Displacement Machine, Delorian, Bill & Ted's phonebooth, any really -- and travel back to 2010. Then apply for a job at Zenimax as a game tester and you'll get to play the pre-alpha.
