That passive would make a lot more sense if the skill line actually had more status effect inducing damage types / attacks.... but there are only 1 1/2 frost skills in the kit (1/2 for the synergy since its not directly a skill)...? ?

Morvan✭✭✭✭✭What do you mean by status effect inducing types? Literally any damage has status effects, physical applies sundered, magic applies overcharged, and so on, status effects are not elemental exclusive.
And even then, the passive affects ALL of your status effects, not just the skills within that line, so it will be naturally buffing the damage of status effects from your enchantments, weapon skills, etc.@MorvanClaude on PC/NA, don't try to trap me with lore subjects, it will work1 -

No? Every single Status Effect deal damage, magical or martial, they ALL do damage alongside some other effect.
And even if they didn't, they'd still benefit from the passive, because Psychic Lesion not only increases damage, it also boosts proc chance by 55%.@MorvanClaude on PC/NA, don't try to trap me with lore subjects, it will work1 -

this passive can buff your weapon enchants/all dmg skill Status dmg
and i forget which patch zos buff many status effects dmg ...
this is basically the strongest passive type1
