Exorcised Coven Cottage - No Crown Purchase

I was looking to finally get around to purchasing the Exorcised Coven Cottage this year. But there no longer seems to be a furnished version for crowns? I was planning to purchase the furnished version through a crown seller, but the furnished version no longer seems to be an option. And the unfurnished version only has a gold purchase option (no sweat it's cheap anyway), but I noticed that it too is no longer an option either.

Is this an intentional change?

I'm pretty sure no furnished house was ever available for just gold.

Yes that is correct. But I want to purchase the furnished version with gold from a Crown Seller.

Looking at UESP https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Exorcised_Coven_Cottage it has been available eight times starting in 2017 (every year around this time of year/Witches Festival). No idea why this year would be skipped.

Oh the house is definitely there for the buying. It's just that only the Unfurnished for gold only version is available. The crown purchase options are what's missing, and I wanted the crown purchase option so I could get the Furnished version.

I mean… it’s not a huge thing, but add this to the list of various things that show how much care has been put into the game this year.

There’s no reason for the Halloween house to not be available during Halloween like it is every year.

It is usally available through the Crown Store during the event. Possible oversight with everything else going on. Maybe wait until Wednesday when the CS refreshes and check the store.

It is available. The furnished option is simply missing from the Crown Store.

I believe also, to buy with gold, you must have witches festival meta achievement. Ive had it since the first year and don't remember if that's how I got it but I assume not.

It sucks you can't buy it furnished. This is the location of our guilds Halloween housing contest. To buy it furnished would've been cool to have all the stuff to mix and match.
