Are Witches Festival Drops bugged?

I thought that Crowborne Hunter was only supposed to drop if you haven't received a Wickerchain Style page that day. But I got CH before Wickerchain.

Yeah. But in previous events you had a chance at the new style and only after you had acquired the new style page would it change into a chance at the old style page (iirc). So you weren't guaranteed to get either of them, but if you did get one, it's the new one first. There is no similar phrasing of “… if you already… you instead…” in Witches Festival articles of years past. I did notice yearly repeats of the “… offers the chance…” phrase.
Zenithar: “… if you’ve already earned a [current event’s] style page for the day, you have a chance to instead get a style page for a past event set such as… “

From tje event description, I'd say not. FWIW I received a Crowbourne one on Thursday and a Wickerchain one lst night, along with about 4 Dremora pages.3 -

At least people are getting the Wickerchain style pages - for the past 3 days I've gotten all the golden plunder + an average of 20 purple plunders with NO wickerchain style pages, just Crowbourne 🙁3 -

I can relate, this is my observation as well. I run multiple accounts and they can do most of the Event stuff, so multiple Glorious Coffers across accounts, yes, but… a 5-10% drop rate of Wickerchain…ugh. Im exhausted.2
