Why is my banner bearer Arcanist struggling with resources?

Hi forum friends,
Im struggling with my Arcanist. It was magicka but this build required me to go all stamina attributes. Im confused cos my arcanist skills on my bar are magicka...require magicka. Im wearing Ansuuls and deadly. It's a skinny cheeks build.
I know heavy attacks build up my resources such as stam and magicka but by the time I buff then switch back to front bar and finally beam im out of resources ...

Help, I know I'm missing something here. I have all passives and I am subclassed as assasination/aedric spear and herald of the tome with shock banner.
It could be my food ?

I did try heavy attacking with my 2h sword on back bar but like I said when on a boss fight and I need to move...so difficult

I appreciateciate any good advice you can throw my way

in group pve? your resources main from healer orb/symphony monster hlem/master restoration staff/ and healer cp
if in solo ,give up banner
and if you run banner,you food 100% need swap to artaeum takeaway broth or lava foot

Can you send the build? When ZOS added a cost to banner, it made it a pain to keep up. I took it off my arcanist as the change made his perfect sustain absolutely terrible.

Im confused. Arcanist skills scale off your highest resource. Did you buy any change forgot to change attributes or enchants on your gear? They should cost stam if everything is right.
If you cant sustain exhausting, go pragmatic fatecarver.

If I remember correctly, banner had its costs increased as well as fatecarver. I always used sustain food on my arcanist though, but I've just ditched banner now.
