I'm glad you got the horse. For future reference this is not customer support, it's a fan forum for players to talk to each other. The Community team (aka marketing) occasionally read and even more rarely comment on posts but this is not a good way to get problems with your account fixed, especially if you want it done quickly.
For that you need to click the 'Support' link at the top of the page to submit a ticket, then watch your emails for notifications on a response. They might need to ask some questions first, and it's important you reply to those or they'll assume the problem has been fixed and close the ticket.
