This is BY FAR the worst and most awfully designed world boss that I've EVER seen! Let me list the issues:

*I CAN'T SEE ANYTHING, ESPECIALLY THE BOSS, BECAUSE OF HOW MANY EFFECTS ARE GOING OFF, COVERING THE ENTIRE SCREEN!!!
* I KEEP SURFBOARDING ALL THE TIME WITHOUT HAVING THE ABILITY TO CAST ANY SKILLSW HILE STILL BEING PUMMELED!!!
* The amount of adds that keep popping up...it's beyond obnoxious, and outright SPITEFUL!!! What, was part of the design to fight 30 additional adds?!?
* I CAN NOT SEE THE BOSS BECAUSE OF ALL THE EFFECTS!!! IT FEELS LIKE I'M ABOUT TO GO BLIND!!!

This is just lazy boss design on ZOS's part, and it's getting worse and worse with each new chapter. Do you at ZOS even play this game?!? WHO in their right mind thought that this boss design was good in the least?!? I was so damn angry the entire fight, and wanted to throw the *** damn controller on the TV!

Simply put: it needs a complete redesign!

    The boss is very annoying, I agree. For me, it's also becomes quite laggy during the fight even if there is only a handful of players participating in it(the only area where I experience it). However, I do not observe any blinding effects that cover the entire screen. The AoE cover most of the ground, but that's about it. Are you playing in first person mode by any chance?

    I haven't really had too many problems with it since they fixed the problem with it resetting.

    This boss (and a few others) cause me actual literal pain due to the effects. There have been many posts over the years about having options to turn down/off effects, including my own recently, and zero response from ZOS - accessibility obviously means something different than I thought it did.

    Everyone was so focused on how bugged it was when it launched that we didn't really bother to focus on just how bad it is.

    The various AOEs will pretty consistently hit you when you are very much not in them, and the popcorn-ing wathr spout will also launch you into the air when you absolutely didn't hit it. And pretty often there's so much red on the ground that there' s just plain nowhere to go.

    The number of adds is genuinely preposterous, and though it's good that for once a WB seems to scale to the number of players, if you happen to be doing it with less-than-great players (something you have no control over in overland), you'll get overwhelmed by all the adds it's spawning in that your allies aren't killing.

    In addition, there's an effect called something like "flying crab" that can sometimes do a truly devastating amount of damage with absolutely no graphical indication that anything it happening to you. Before you can finish the sentence "Why am I dying?" you're already dead and, again, with absolutely nothing on your screen having hit you at all.

    It's a really, really bad encounter, and it's insane it was allowed to go live in this state.

    No, I'm playing in 3'rd person, but I don't zoom out like some other people, where it's bird view of the character. So much is happening on my screen with all the effects going off while in the center of the fight, adds swamping you etc. It's just a miserable, miserable boss, and for the life of me, I can't understand how anyone at ZOS thought that this was good boss design.

    It's actually better than the 1st Boss in OC - which I have to limit raid groups to 3 wipes as anymore time spent than that means having to spend the next day in a dark room.

    I agree with how horrible it is to fight this boss. There is so much lag, and the frame rate drops really low too, pretty much a recipe for disaster because you cannot react in time to the ten thousand things happening all at the same time.
