When it has reached 100%. Which is probably in a week.

As I understand it, there is not a fixed date for phase 1 completion, but rather when your specific server reaches 100% on the tracking page by doing the daily quests.

Dam I thought it was just the one bar, as in once it hit 50% phase 2 would start, then at 100% phase 3 would begin. With how slow the bar has been filling, event feels way too dragged out in my opinion. Sure hope phase 2 does something impressive to make up for how lacklustre phase 1 is.

It's designed to be different by server. The only thing we can guarantee is that Phase 3 can't start for any server until they receive U48.

Extrapolating that, that means that the consoles (which likely won't get U48 until around Nov 12) can't start phase 3 until a bit after that, and that means they really will expect phase 3 to start sometime around then. We also know the Golden Pursuit goes until the 26th and requires some Phase 3 tasks, which will only be up for a week, so phase 3 will need to also end around the time the Pursuit ends.

I'd guess the idea is for Phase 3 to start around the 17th of November, plus/minus a few days per server. By that logic, that means the first two phases should each take around 2.5 weeks to get to that point, so I'd guess that Phase 1 will end and Phase 2 will start sometime around the 29th.

While I understand that ZOS is stretching this out so the entire player base can participate and get all the rewards. I still find it boring and lackluster.

Witches Festival start on Oct 23rd 2025, that might give a bit more variety of things to do.

It will end the day ZOS has predetermined that it will end. The progress numbers will be adjusted accordingly.

Oh there is. It will be two weeks total +/- a day. All community events in all MMOs have their completeness rate adjusted to hit a pre-determined timeframe based on player involvement.

Phase 2 will start next monday - tuesday.

It takes 10 or less minutes to get the 3 who give gold boxes, pick up the soul quest, defend siege camp and the crafting quest, do the crafting quest if no siege camps i up, the siege camp should give the souls, if not do another siege camp quest.

Grinding just make you go in circles.

The pursuit has options for phase 3, it does not require it. I finished mine last night on 3 accounts and I wasnt even trying to do so.

Based on current levels. It looks like PC-NA will be the last to complete. Unless the witches festival distracts EU and console players enough to allow a catch up.

Obviously you don’t need it. Most people have already finished the Pursuit.

That doesn’t change the fact that those tasks literally can’t be done until Phase 3 releases, nor does it change the fact that once Phase 3 is over (it lasts a single week and then disappears), those tasks also cannot be done thereafter. Thus, it is likely that Phase 3 will be coming live between the console U48 release (around Nov 12) and before the Pursuit ends (Nov 26)

I think phase 1 and 2 are planned to take around 2-3 weeks each. Yes they said it's based on our progress and each phase will complete when we've done enough dailies, but they've already made 2 manual adjustments (well, admitted to 2 manual adjustments) to keep us on their schedule - the first to slow it down right at the start and the second to speed it up when participation starting dropping off.

I'm sure ZOS want to track actual participation for their own info but they can't allow the event to fail or take too long because they have a release schedule to stick to (and by February it needs to be long enough in the past that they can promote next year's pass by tell us how great the event was and how much fun we all had doing it without too many people publicly disagreeing).

As mentioned it also needs to line up with the golden pursuit.

This is pure speculation on my part but given recent discussions around the player population on each server and Microsoft's recent announcements that they're still committed to Xbox as a platform I suspect they're under orders to ensure the console servers do well and an Xbox one wins overall, and it's largely believed that PCEU is more populated than PCNA so it makes sense they'd let that be the leading PC server. ZOS openly said they gave each server different targets, and they adjusted those targets after the event started to make sure we kept on schedule, it's entirely possible they also set (and/or adjusted) them to get the result they want.

Given the bugs, the crappy drops rates, and the even crappier rewards, I reckon people will get bored of running around in Solstice long before the counter reaches 100%.

    Cue another “counter correction” ;)
