Windowed fullscreen vs fullscreen mode

Something changed with the maintenance yesterday. I've always played in windowed fullscreen mode, but for some reason the game now forces me to play fullscreen. I mean quite literally. It starts up fullscreen and i have to change it to windowed. But when i log out, then log back in, its back to fullscreen mode. Whats up?

I'm not sure. When the game isn't running, it's normal---not read only at all. When the game IS running, under properties, the read only box is colored in and says (Only applies to files in folder). But when i open it the doc, the box is no longer colored in. When I close the doc, it goes back to read only. All the files in the live folder have that box colored in until i open it in. In the user settings doc, the Fullscreen setting is "1" and preferExclusiveFullscreen setting is "0" I don't know what they should be for windowed tho. But For whatever reason, today, starting up the game it's in windowed fullscreen mode. So I have no clue what's going on, I just hope it keeps working right lol.0
