Missing Auroran Warhorse Mount from Twitch Drops

Where’s my Auroran Warhorse Mount?

I received and claimed the Imperial War Mastiff Pet, Ouroboros Crown Crate, and the Auroran Warhorse Mount from Twitch drops. I can see them listed in my account’s Billing History.

I already have the War Mastiff Pet, and I opened the Ouroboros Crown Crate, but the Auroran Warhorse Mount isn’t in my account.

IIRC for me it took a few hours for it to appear in-game yesterday after Claiming it on the Twitch website.

I didn't get the Mastiff on either EU or NA. Got the horse and crate but no puppy. Magrat.Q EU/NA

On a related note, drops progress completely stopped on Twitch on my partner's account about 2-3 hours ago mid-stream. Now we can't get hers to continue or mine to even start (on my own account). I've checked that we're each watching an eligible channel. Been at this for a couple of hours on her account and about half an hour on mine with no luck. She should have earned the pet over an hour ago, but her progress hasn't moved from 64% or 65% (depending which device you ask, which is extremely weird).

Can you check whether Twitch is having problems again with registering progress? This happened the last time we tried to get drops too. It's particularly frustrating when the campaign is quite short and the main drops require 4-8 hours but Twitch is having hours' worth of drops outages/progress-blocking problems. This is a recurring problem with Twitch that makes it hard to want to continue to engage with drops.

Just an update that my Auroran Warhorse Mount did finally show up in game late on 10/16/2025. Thank you for any backend effort to address this.

Hi the same has happened to me.
I have earned and accepted all 3 rewards for watching Streamers. But no sign of the dog, horse, or crate, and it's been more than a few days.

Have qualified for rewards. They are listed in Twitch inventory page but can't claim any of the 3 rewards. Account is linked to Twitch.

I want to point out that customer service seems to be under the impression that there were no guaranteed drops, specifically the war horse and that there is no guarantee drops so there's clearly a miscommunication going on between customer service and our support team here

Yeah, that language is on many (if not all) help pages for ESO regarding drops. Support is explicitly using it in their emails to disclaim any responsibility for what should be a very simple quid pro quo.

@ZOS_Kevin Could you please check in with support and verify they understand the premise of Twitch drops? The last they told me, watching for 8 hours did not guarantee anything - even though the language clearly says “watch for # hours and get x/y/z.” Is the new policy “watch for # hours and get *a chance at* x/y/z”? Is this language here so Support can refuse to provide support when Twitch gets things wrong? That’s what they’re telling me, at any rate.

In their reply to me, Support also told me they “can’t” apply entitlements — which seems like a critical job function for a support team in a live service game. I’m unclear on what exactly went wrong here that support isn’t being provided the way it was in the past when Twitch has had problems.

The runaround here is very concerning.
