Infinite Stirk Fellowship Dailies?

So initially when the event went live it appeared that you could endlessly do all of the dailies at the stirk fellowship. The event bar after about 1.5hr into the event was showing EU was at 3% and US was 1.5%. Then the progress bars went back to 0% on the website and in game US was at 0.5%. After this change I was unable to pickup the crafting daily and I forget which other was not obtainable, but I still have 2 that I am able to still endlessly pickup so it seems. The pelts daily and the charging the lense daily to collect souls. I would assume I should not be able to do this and I just wanted to confirm that the dailies are indeed intended to only be done 1x per day per character?

As additional info I had turned in the 2 quest I can no longer pickup today and when I go to talk to the crafting daily guy he tells me I've done all I can do for the day. The other 2 quest that I am still able to pickup were still in my quest log pending to be completed when the progress roll back occurred. I have completed them 1x each and turned them in and still they show up to be picked up, I can pick it up and abandon and they still show up so idk if those quest being in my log whenever ZOS done whatever rolling progress back bugged something or what? Anyone else able to verify the same behavior?

I haven't been to Stirk, but the four dailies at the Rampart Camp can be done six times each on each character, and this has been the case for me since the event launched this morning. Since the articles and official guidance state that "dailies can be done multiple times per day on each character", that seems to be intentional.

ZOS updated their issues page to indicate that the progress rollback was them fixing an error in how progress was being displayed, so that shouldn't have affected the quests in your log.
PC NA, CP2200+. Character creation is the true endgame.
