The website''s progress page never updates live for any of the events of this nature. It's typicaly a time based update , but I couldn't say what the interval between updates is.

if you're gonna fudge the numbers to hit some metric you need to be transparent about it.

Zos is 100% putting their fingers on the scale. They painted themselves into a corner not making it so the update 48 goes into all platforms same day. They say any server can win. But phase 3 is part of update 48s patch. So they have to keep their fingers on the scales to make sure PS or Xbox doesn't bring the wall down before update 48 for there to be no other side of the wall to go to. It would put a damper on their big history making event.

@ZOS_Kevin the in-game meter for both servers dropped (1.6%->0.5% for NA and 2.3%->0.8% for EU).

I noticed this on the PC EU in-game progress bar. Was 2% after 4 hours of the event being live, then when I logged back in after dinner an hour or so later it was 0.9%

That's not how it works. The wall doesn't come down until the Writhing Fortress is cleared in Phase 3. Phase 3 won't even start until after the Update 48 patch for any given server. So if any server completes Phase 2 before their update, they just get to twiddle their thumbs waiting for Phase 3 to go live.

There may be other reasons for ZOS to fudge numbers, but you're imagining a scenario that the phase rollout schedule is designed to prevent.

So 6 hours in and not even 1% progress on PC-NA?

Is this going to take a month of constantly repeating the same quests non-stop?
