I've been playing a little under 2 months and this has happened twice now. It's been over 24 hours with the party finder bugged

If for some reason the party finder was bugged in wow or ff14 it would be addressed instantly and it def wouldn't happen twice in less than 2 months

Zos what the heck is going on?

ZOS has a fraction of employees that Blizzard and Square Enix has. Blizzard has around 4000, Square Enix about 5000, and ZOS has a measly 300 compared to them. They also were apart of the crappy Microsoft layoffs that happened recently. So they’re not in the best boat for immediate fixes.
Sorcerer's pretty much been the same for years. Nerf Rush of Agony and Saints&Seducer's

Well, ZOS is perfect when it comes to releasing unfinished stuff, leaving bugs unfixed, and oh, almost forgot, adding nerfs that kill the fun!
The Group Finder was something players had been requesting for so long, and we finally got it. But did we get a good system? No. We got something completely unfinished and buggy.
Should they fix it and deliver a great system? Yes, they should.
Will they do it… well… maybe… who knows?!
After all, nerfs and messing with the classes seem to be more important, or at least have higher priority, than fixing bugs.

Just like the Armory System. Does it save Scribing skills? No. Why?

I don't think Microsoft is the reason so many aspects of this game are and have been broken for a while

Why should we blame Microsoft for what’s happening in the game, with the release of unfinished and buggy systems, and, in fact, for the big mess ESO has turned into?

Group finder was released way before MS bought them and the lay offs. The thing has always been buggy. It is a disgrace that ZoS can't make it work properly after all these years.

This is kinda par for the course around here unfortunately. Imo, in recent years ESO hasn't had the development resources being put into it that it once did, and it's pretty clear that the recent layoffs didn't help things.

Now I'm not saying it's not worth giving the game a shot - there are great aspects to it and there's fun to be had. Speed of updates, responsiveness to to bugs, communication, etc., are not some of the strong points though, so one might have to temper their expectations in those areas.
