Are Psijic Portals now broken?

Since the last update I can't use Psijic Portals, they are now covered by a Temporal Tone. This opens the Tone but does not activate the portal for the reward. It has happened whenever I come in contact with a portal. As an aside I have been doing Clockwork City and Artaeum quests.

The Temporal Tomes are not Psijic portals. They have a similar effect, but it’s just the book. Those are in set locations and are part of an achievement.

True portals only show in spots where an Enchanting node can spawn, so not in delves. Those do still spawn as expected since I saw one yesterday in Stormhaven.

Confirming that psijic portals are indeed still spawning and behaving properly - I've had four since Sunday. Didn't realise they were alternatives to runestone nodes though - learn something new everyday!

Yeah, that’s why the standard strategy for farming that stupid Psijic Portal lead from SElsweyr involves finding a route and then collecting every runestone you see along it. Every runestone has a small chance of spawning in as a portal, so by farming out the runestones, you try to encourage the game to respawn them and hopefully one will come in as a portal instead.

I think some delves can contain runestones in them. For instance, I'm pretty sure I've harvested runestones inside delves in Cyrodiil. I think I've even harvested a Psijic Portal inside of a delve in Cyrodiil. I don't know if those delves are unique in that respect, but I'll see if I can post a screenshot of such a runestone later.

Yes, there are a few delves (mostly in Cyrodiil) that have node spawns, as well as a lot of Public Dungeons as well. And yes, those can also spawn portals if they can spawn runestones.
