Keep getting booted or internal error

i got stuck in combat after completing volunfell and had to kill the game in task manager.
tried to log back in and got the usual mixed error messages.
logged in on my seconday account a few times, restarted client, yadda yadda, and still can't log.
marvelous.

rsciw✭✭✭Been having the same issues for weeks now, booted and the usual error number salad, no indication to causes for it (though do get a higher number of error flagged TCP in Wireshark with ESO's IPs than other online games), and the help article is as useful as a sweet roll against molag bal's mace...1
